Submit and Serve
With a commanding voice you shout out to the battlefield "Submit and serve or DIE!" This is a Power designed to get enemies to surrender so they can become slaves. This is to be used along with Parley. This not only attempts to lower the enemies Combat Maneuvers but also increase allies Combat Maneuvers for a better chance of success. If successful and all enemies surrender, then they are considered Being Captured.
